B. Gather and send additional required documents to complete your enrollment file.

- Current Transcript (or Homeschool Portfolio)
- Most Recent Report Card
- Birth Certificate
- SC Immunization Record (or Religious Exemption)
- Proof of Internet Access (copy of recent bill)
C. Submit the Enrollment Application and all required documentation to Palmetto State E-cademy**:
