Palmetto State E-cademy’s online learning instructional model combines media-rich curriculum with research – based, 21st century skills to facilitate and engage self-motivated, competent, life-long learners who participate effectively in society.
Each core course is reviewed by the South Carolina Department of Education to ensure it meets the State’s high standards and prepares students for the HSAP and end of course exams. Palmetto State E-cademy is also fully accredited as a distance education program by the Northwest Association of Accredited Schools.
Palmetto State E-cademy courses are available to students 24 hours a day, seven days each week. Our web-based curriculum is available to students wherever they find internet access. Our certified teachers lead weekly virtual class session that are available Live! or can be viewed from a recording.
Each course is facilitated by a highly-qualified, state certified teacher and students are assigned homeroom teachers who provide one-on-one support and encouragement. We also have a team of Learning Coaches, Guidance Counselors, and student support staff who are always available to assist students.
